President Muhammadu Buhari has declared that ruling Nigeria is no joke Alhaji Attahiru Dalhatu Bafarawa, the ex-governor of the Sokoto state, was written letters to President Muhammadu Buhari, advising him how to rescue the nation. A chieftain of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party added: “ But I’m really angry with the so-called northern leaders who also chose to maintain sealed lips at this critical moment of our existence.”
